Resolve to be fitter this Winter by Juggling!
Juggling is a low-impact, non-competitive activity suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and is a great way to move more, increase eye-hand coordination, and get out to meet new folks! This Winter, break old habits and amaze yourself! Learn the basics of solo and partner three-object juggling with balls, rings, clubs and scarves. Try diabolo, plate spinning, and funambulistic skills like rolla bolla and low tightwire. Non-credit classes offered 6 Tuesdays at Columbia-Greene Community College, starting January 19. 6:00 to 7:30 pm. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that let you move. Ages 12 and up.
